You can use our beauty course creator to create your own course by personalizing and uploading your own course videos that won't be counted as a breach of terms of use. However, the beauty creator account is limited to single user and should not be shared with anyone for any possible reason.

YOU CAN

∙ Use/modify the templates for your business / brand.

∙ Use the templates to produce unique content for your own clients (you cannot however sell the templates to your clients as fill-in-the-blanks templates)

YOU CANNOT

∙ Sell, loan, or give away your course templates or allow a third party to use them in any way. ∙ Create derivative products from the templates such as your own templates, or any such products for sale or give away for free.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1.1 Refunds and Cancellation

All payments for FunnelBelle is in USD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly contract at any time, but all the payments made are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All Annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.

After cancellation of the FunnelBelle membership, the access to application and data will be restricted and there might be data or information lost during re-invoking the membership. You might lose the FunnelBelle.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; FunnelBelle Courses and Funnel designs, and FunnelBelle Support Calls. You may also be removed from the FunnelBelle Facebook Group.

If you wish to cancel your FunnelBelle subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time after a free trial or discounted period ends, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address info@funnelbelle.com.

Invoices for FunnelBelle can be requested at any time by emailing info@funnelbelle.com

1.2 Subscription Terms and Automatic Payment

A FunnelBelle user is responsible for paying all sums due to FunnelBelle in connection with their monthly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the FunnelBelle user to use any of the services available through the service provided by FunnelBelle does not relieve the FunnelBelle user of their payment obligations under these Terms.

Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we can hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly basis and for a specific amount).

1.3 Failed Monthly or Annual Payments

If you are delinquent on your payments, please be advised we are authorized to delete the account and any subsequent funnels associated with the account after 7 days of delinquency.

1.4 Access to FunnelBelle Ecosystem: including all Digital Assets, Funnel Builds, Automations, and Training Materials

With your membership to app.FunnelBelle.com, you’ll receive access to our exclusive FunnelBelle only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; FunnelBelle courses, funnel designs, FunnelBelle Emails, FunnelBelle Automations, and the FunnelBelle Support Calls at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on FunnelBelle courses, Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within FunnelBelle, exclusively for current FunnelBelle members only.

This means that everything inside the FunnelBelle Ecosystem (app.funnelbelle.com) is non transferable to any other ecosystem, or funnel builder. The use of FunnelBelle training materials outside of FunnelBelle membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the FunnelBelle Support calls are for current FunnelBelle users only.
